Coaching Perspective:

I've been fascinated by the fundamental changes I'm observing with AI in the last 6-8 weeks. It's transformed how I think about coaching founders.

The best coaches always see the athlete first, then the problem. They create space for insight by truly understanding who the athlete is, then working back from their goal.

AI is now at a level where it responds to interactions the same way; it responds to how well you express who you are and what you need from it.

The clearer your self-awareness and articulation of problem to solve, the more exponential the momentum shift you get from Ai.

This missing piece though for founders and CEOs to lead with certainty in this era, is Company Model context.

Think of Ayrton Senna's mastery in the rain, or Michael Schumacher's relentless focus that won him 7 world titles. These athletes didn't just have fast cars, they had an unparalleled level of leadership in the car. They were leading their team to extract every ounce of performance from the vehicle.

They anticipated changes in the track, made split-second decisions, coached their pit crews, and pushed the limits of what was possible in moments when the competition were not willing too lead. Their leadership clarity under pressure, in the uncertainty of competition, is what separated them from the rest.
